Part A:
4 Tabatas (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest)

Tabata 1: Box jumps or jumping onto object
Tabata 2: Plank hold
Tabata 3: Front alternating lunge

Rest 1 minute between each tabata

Part B:
3km jog not for time – carry an odd object
