2/2 turkish get-up

30 double unders/ 50 singles

*try increase TGU each round

 

PartB:

5 x 2 min rounds:

1x15m sled push (Heavy but moving)

10 Sumo DL high pull (95/65) ( KB for red panther)

AMRAP UNBROKEN wall balls

*90 sec rest in between rounds

* when drop ball, you stop and rest, no resets
