• 30m Weighted Bear Crawl with dumbells
• 20m Dumbell overhead carry
• 10/10 Dumbell rows (right/left)
• 10 push-ups in rings

B) EMOM15

Min 1: 15M HS walk/ 3 wall climbers
Min 2: 10 slam balls
Min 3: 20m sled sprint (45/25/empty)
