2 Deadlift 80% (slowly up and down)

4/4 box pistols

6 strict wide grip pull- ups/ banded strict

Part B:

1 round every 3 mins for 5 rounds:

300/200m row

1 backwards heavy sled drag

*slow and steady

* focus on finishing at the same time every round

* NB pacing
