Practice ring MU or bar MU – depending what is weakest
OR
3 rounds of
2 ring transitions into
Jumping ring dip with hold at top of dip into
Lower down and hold at bottom of dip

Part B
For time: (6 min time cap)
12/8 seated sled pulls (10M) (70lbs/25lbs)/ (45/25)/ empty
12/8 ring muscle ups OR ring dips OR ring push-ups
12/8 bar Muscle ups or chest to bar or pull-ups

Then on 6 mins:
Run 1 mile
* start a heat every 2 mins

Part C
3 sets
3/3 single arm bar hangs
8 evil wheels
