Min 1 – 3 OH squat AHAP
Min 2 – 8 strict toes to bar
* red do front squat

Part B
5 rounds for time
12 cal assault bike
9 wall balls
6 (3/3) DB snatch
*12 minute time cap
*do movement prep with DB before

Part c
8 rounds (4 rounds each), alternating with a partner
20M backwards sled drag fast
20M handstand walk *10 M out and 10 M back
(Max 2 falls, then go into bear crawl)
* 12 minute cap
