10 strict seated DB press (alternating 5/5 – single arm press)
10 banded DB rows / bent over DB rows
Rest 90 sec-2 min between rounds

Part B
5 alternating rounds
Max DB bicep curl (max 15 reps – go up in weight if hit)
Straight into
Max strict box dips
Straight into
Max hanging hold on towel over bar
Rest 90 sec-2 min between rounds

Part C
Tabata assault bike
Straight into tabata sled push for total distance (90lbs/45lbs) (45lbs/25lbs) (empty sled)

Part D
Extra Mobility
