(Moderate weight – about 70% for all sets – no MISSES)

Rest/ reset bar for 5 minutes

EMOM6
1 power snatch (catch in half squat)
1 OH squat
(Moderate weight – bout 70% for all sets – no MISSES)

Part B

In teams of 3 (4 Rounds each)

10 DB deadlifts (Heavy for you)
2x15m sled push (45/25)
*alternate rounds with partners
