In between each set do when rest do 3 hurdle jumps and 3 broad jumps
Rest 2 mins

Part B
EMOM15
Min 1 – 20M sled push heavy
Min 2 – 10 front rack walking lunges (135/105) / (115/85) / DB at sides
Min 3 – 10 V-ups

Mobility
