2 TGU with left arm
Rest and switch arm
Repeat with right side
Rest 2 min between
*red – hold KB in goblet squat grip for lunges, TGU do half from a standing start

Part B
5 rounds
Max L-sit in rings / boxes / boxes
Max Towel commando pull-up / max towel hang
Rest 1-2 min

Part C
4 rounds alternate with 2-3 partners
20M banded run
200m sprint
20M sled push heavy
Rest while partners complete
