1 snatch push press
1 OH squat
*Build to heavy based on feel
*red Panther do 1 push press and 1 front squat, then5 OH squat with PVC

Then 6 sets
1 snatch balance
* red Panther do with empty training bar/ squat therapy

Part B
In teams of 2 for time
Crossfit team series event 1

Or Β If did team series
4 rounds
400M run
15 wallballs

* if do single Unders then do 150 reps
