Part A:

6 Rounds for quality:

6 Turkish sit-ups with double KB

– Increase load on push press each set
– turkish sit-up must be slow and controlled

Part B:

4 x 3 min AMRAP:

20M seated sled pull
4 Burpee box jumps
6 STOH / (chest to bar pull-ups/ pull-up/ jumping PU)

* Round 1 – STOH (115/85) (95/65) (DB push press)
* Round 2 – pull-ups
