*without dropping the bar

10 OH squats / front squats/ goblet squats (95/65) (75/55) (KB or light front squat)
10 chest to bar pull-ups / pull-ups/ jumping pull-ups
Min 3-6
2 rounds of above
Min 6-9
3 rounds
Min 9-12
4 rounds
Min 12-15
5 rounds
* capped at 15 min
* black panther – start with 2 rounds in first 3 mins…
