Part A
Build to 5RM bench press
Then 5 at 95%
5 at 90%
After each set do a 2 legless rope climb OR 3 scaled climbs with feet on box

Part B
For time
50 toes to bar/ knee raises
40 box step overs with DB at side (45/30) (40/25) (bodyweight)
30 push-ups
20 KB swings
10 x 10M sprints with a burpee on the turn

Part C
Accumulate 1 minute of L-sit in no more than 5 sets
*when rest do 10 superman raises
