Practice HS walk into forward roll/ HS walk in zig zag/ backwards handstand walk
* if cannot handstand walk then practice scaled variations

Then do
4 rounds of
3 wall climbers
On 3rd wall climber do 5/5 shoulder touches
10 hollow rocks

Part B
For time:
200M heavy farmers carry
2000M row
200 Double Unders
Max box jumps in remaining time
18 min time cap

Part C
10 mins mobility
