Single power jerks
Alternate each set with 3 behind neck pull-ups

Part B
3 rounds of:
9-6-3
Thrusters
Burpee bench jump overs or step overs

Round 1 – 5 mins 135lbs/105lbs 95/75 75/45 (once finished rest remaining time)
Round 2 – 4 mins (115/95) (75/45) (55/35)
Round 3 – 3 mins (95/75) (55/35) (35/35)
