15 double Unders

Then for time
3 rounds for time
60 Double Unders
30 push-ups
20 toes to bar
10 back squat at BW / 0.75 BW / counter balance air squat
20 minute time cap

Part B
4 sets
8 V-ups
8 bat wings with DB
HS hold against wall with Nose – 20 seconds
