Part A:

Snatch:

8 sets not for time: (All sets should be at about 70% of max, so 4-5 warm-up sets to find weight)

1 power snatch
1 squat snatch (Red: try the squat snatch, if they cant do it, I power snatch into OH squat)

Part B

For time – 15 minute time cap:

10 Box jump
3 Muscle – up / Muscle-up transition
10 Knees to elbow/Knees to chest/ sit-ups
