Part A
Find 3RM power snatch in 10 mins
Then 3 x 3 hang power snatch at 90% of above

Part B
Emom8
1 snatch balance
1 OH squat
* go in feel

Part C
In 8 min get as far up the ladder as possible:
2 OH walking lunge with KB (2×24/2×16) / (with weight plate) / (with weight plate)
2 pull-ups
*increase each round by 2 reps

Part D
Hip mobility and flossing
