30 double Unders
6 strict toes to bar (with wallball between feet of possible)
10M handstand walk or 15M high bum bear crawl
3/3 pistols with DB across chest / weight place counter balance / ring assisted

Movement prep for a cluster (clean into thruster)

Part B
In teams of 2 –
2000M row
* EMOM 6 (3/3) alternating clusters with one person working at a time (52/34) (42/29) (29/empty and from hang position)
* 12 min time cap

Part C
Work on split holds with a partner
