Find max muscle ups in one set
Find max weighted muscle with wall ball between feet
*red do best set of 5 pull-ups (thinnest band position), then 3×6 bar rows

Part B
AQAP 5
8 weighted pistols (20/12)
4 muscle ups
10M handstand walk
* 11 minute time cap

Part C
Accumulate 1 min / 45 sec / 30 sec in L-sit on boxes
Whenever break from Lsit do 1 wall climber
