3 sets of 5 back squat at 80% of max
Then 3 sets of 5 front squat at 80% of above

Part B
Every 3 mins for 6 rounds
20M sled sprint (45lbs/ 25 lbs)
200M sprint

Part C
Mobility for 10 mins (include a slow row or assault bike)
