Part A:
Find 10 rep max deadlift with control and no bouncing
*4-5 warm up sets of 3 reps

Part B:
Max bench press reps:
Black – body weight/ 85% BW
Blue – 85% / 65% BW
Red – 50%/35% BW

Part C:
Karen – 150 wall balls for time
*red scale to 100 wall balls
* time cap – 9 minutes

Or

Annie (if training on Saturday)

Part D:
Assault for 4 minutes – conversational
