Warmup for 20 mins – specific focus on OH squats and deadlift (do 2-3 sets of 3 reps of each movement)

Part A
5 rounds for time
5 OH squat from rack (62/48) / (42/29) / (front squat)
10 toes to bar
*45 second cap

Rest 5 mins

5 rounds for time
5 deadlift 102/84 / 84/52 / 62/42
10 pistols / wallballs
*deadlift capped at 60% of max
* if cannot do pistol do wallballs

Rest 5 mins

1 Mile run
