Min 2 – max L-sit hold in rings / on a box (scale to 15 seconds min)
Min 3 – kong walk x 5, into 2 forward roll, into 5 x kong walk

Part B
In teams of 2, 10 rounds for time:
8 hang power cleans (155/115) (115/85) KB swings
80 double Unders
* one partner working at a time
* can share as want

Homework
3 sets of 3/3 single arm bars hangs
Rest 1 min between rounds
