Then max strict pull ups/ bar rows without dropping off bar
*build up to heavy 3 push press over the sets
*pullups alternate each set between pullup and chin-up

Part B:
5 rounds for time, start a round every 3 mins
15/12 cal assault
10 Hspu/ push-up
5/5 DB snatches

Part C
4 sets
10Β  hollow rock into max hollow hold
