10-1 push press (115/75) / (95/65) / DB’s
1-10 strict pull-ups / ring rows
(Do 10 push press, 1 ring row and work in reverse)

On 15 minutes

Run 1 mile

On 25 min

20-2 KB swings OH (32/20) / (24/16) / (15/12)
2-20 wallballs
(Same as above but up and down in 2’s)

Cap : 40 minutes
(Can start on KB swing or push press combo)

Part B
3 sets
10 evil wheels
5 strict leg raises
