Part A:
3×5 Warmup sets for push press, build to starting weight below

5-4-3-2-1 Push press
2-4-6-8-10 Barbell Row
Rest 2 min between superset

Part B
Warmup for muscle up or muscle up transition and HSPU –
Practice a progression for both for 8 min

AMRAP 8 min
1 Muscle up / Ring rows in false grip / ring rows
1 HSPU / Pike Push-up / push-up
10 Double under
* each round increase muscle up and HSPU by 1
* increase double Unders by 10
* kipping is permitted

Part C
3 Sets:
10 evil wheels
10 twisties with weight plate (25/10)
Rest
