Part A
5-5-3-3-1-1 Back squat
(Heavy for today, not necessarily a PB)
*do 3-4 warm up sets of 2-3 reps to find starting weight

Part B
5-5-3-3-1-1 Strict press
Same as above

Part C
In 10 mins:
500/400m row l
50 burpees onto weight plate (red do 30 burpees)
In remaining time – Amrap wallballs, but when no rep or rest do 5 push-ups.
*start a heat every 2:30
