Part A
3-3-2-2-2-1-1-1-1
Front squat
Split jerks
(So 1 rep = 1 front squat and 1 split jerk)
*red Panther do push press

Part B
300M run (half stop street run)
20 air squats
10 DB man makers (burpee, push up, clean and push press) (40/25) (30/20) (25/15)
20 pull-ups
100 Double unders
*red Panther do 15 air squats and 15 ring rows

Starting from beginning of the above for each round:
Round 1 – get as far as can in 1:30 mins
Rest 2 mins
Round 2 – get as far as can in 2:30 mins
Rest 2 min
Round 3 – 3:30 min
Rest 2 min
Round 4 – Finish full sequence AQAP (cap is 6 min)
