part B:

15min EMOM
1: 150m sprint
2: 9 thrusters (115/85) (95/65) (DB thrusters)
3: 9 toes to bar/ 9 knee raises / 9 tucks

part c:

3 rounds
Shoulder touches 5/5 facing away from wall/ 30 sec handstand hold
10 supermans with PVC
