1 hang power clean and jerk (115/85) (95/65) (KB swing)
*second round do 6 Burpees, 4 box jumps, 2 clean
*then increase each round in that sequence

Part C
4 alternating rounds
40M Farmers carry
20 seconds static hang on bar
10sec Hollow rock

Part D
Pain ball for arm
Mobility on wrist
Seating hip opener
