Part A:

5 alternating sets:
3 push press
3 weighted pull-ups (scale with partner assisted, no bands)

*warm up with 3 sets building to about 60%, don’t go heavier than 80% of 1rm
*add weight each set

Part B:

For time:
30 box jumps
30 push-ups
20 wall balls
20 pull-ups
20 wall balls
30 push-ups
30 Box jumps

Black – box 70, wall ball 25
Blue – 60, 20
Red – rep scheme is 20/20/15/15/15/20/20 (box push-ups)

Part C:
3 rounds
10 evil wheels
10 second superman (PVC OH)
