Hang Clean
Thruster
* Rest 90 seconds btw sets
** Scale to 50-60% of above
*** 16 min cap
**** Red panther do KB swings and Goblet squats

Part C:

In 15 minutes with a partner:

400/400, 300/300, 200/200, 100/100 Row OR assault bike 35/35, 25/25 etc
* ladies do 80% of above – so 350/350 etc

Complete the set metre while partner does farmer hold, then switch
