For 5 minutes practice kipping HSPU

In teams of 2

Part A:
5 alternating rounds each
4 front squats (bar from ground) – (155/115) / 135/105 / goblet squats
8 HSPU / push-ups
12 toes to bar/ tucks in floor
40M farmers carry in garage (carry weight plate in each hand in pinch hold)

Part B
Build to heavy front squat from floor – build in singles.
(Red panther take from the rack and do sets of 3 reps)

Homework:
50 weighted sit-ups for time
