Workout Of The Day- Monday 19 September 2016

Part A
Death by front squat @BW/75%BW / 80%BW/60%
(Min 1 – 1 squat, min 2 – 2 etc until cannot finish in minute)
Cap – 10 mins

After last set of front squat

Death by ring push-ups/ push-ups in sets of 3
(Min 1 – 3, min 2 – 6 etc)
Cap 8 mins

Then after last set straight into

Death by wallballs in sets of 5
(Min1 – 5 wallballs, min2 – 10 wallballs etc)
Cap 6 mins

Part B
Row 500, 400, 300, 200, 100
In teams of 3, rotate so each does 500 while other rest, then 400 etc

Part C
50 weighted sit-ups for time
