Odd min – 5 thrusters @ (115/85) (105/75)
Even – 6 chest to bar / jumping chest to bar
Min 7-9
Odd min – 4 thrusters @ (135/95) (115/85)
Even min – 4 bar Muscleups / burpee pullups

Part C
3 rounds
8 (4/4) round the worlds on pullup bar
Max distance farmers carry
