Back rack lunges 10-8-6-4-2 (total)
Strict chin-ups 2-4-6-8-10 (supinated grip – palms facing)
*go on feel
*Increase weight as reps decrease.

Part B
For time:

10 Rounds alternating with partner (5 each)

150m run
6 Thrusters with DB’s (65/40) (40/25) (Front squats with DB)
6 box jump overs with hands touching box as jump over
*all thrusters must be unbroken or 3 burpee penalty/BE STRICT!
