10-8-6-4 BACK squat (start about 50% of max and add per set)
Then
3 sets of 5 (50,60,70) FRONT squat

Part B
10 min AMRAP
20 double unders
3 KB swing (32/20) (24/16) (16/12)
3 Push-ups
In round two – do 6/6 KB swings and PU, add 3 each round but DU always stay at 20

Part C – Homework
3 sets
6/6 hanging around the worlds
40M farmers carry
