I.e – minute 1 do 1 of each movement, minute 2 is 2 of each etc

1 AMRAP SET OF HSPU OR PUSH-UPS AND
1 AMRAP SET OF TOES TO BAR

*Movement prep for front squat

400M run
21 front squats/ goblet squats (115/85) (95/65) (goblet)
21 box jumps
400M run
15 front squats
15 box jumps
400m run
9 front squats
9 box jumps
*18 min time cap
