Part A: Not for time
5-1 strict ring pullups / pullup in band/ ring row
Alternate with
1-5 strict ring dips / ring push-up / push-up
*transition with muscle up if doing RX
Then same as above except
1-5 strict ring pullups
5-1 strict ring dips
(So first set is 5 pullups, 1 muscle up, 1 ring dip)

Part B
12 min AmRAp:
40M front KB carry (red panther hug weight plate to chest)
20 double unders
10 burpee pull-ups

PartC
3 sets
Max 30 second plank hold
