16 min amrap – alternate full rounds with partner
Person 1: 12 calorie/ 10 calorie row
Person 2 Β : push press (115/85) (95/65) (DB push press)
Person 2:slam ball dumps over shoulder
Person 4: rest
* all partners rotate to next station when person on tower complete calories
* keep total reps per station as score

Part C/ Homework:
5 rounds not for time
5 weight pull ups / negative pull-ups / bar rows
10 ring push ups/ 8 push-ups on DB/ 6 push-ups on knees on DB
