Workout of the Day – Monday, 7 September 2015

Part A
Warm up to heavyish weight for both movements in 2-3 sets of 3 then:
EMOM8
Min 1 – 6 Romanian dead lift
Min 2 – 6 push press

Part B
Movement prep for OH Squat, taking bar from ground

Then 3 rounds, each for time of:

3 min AMRAP
3 bar muscle up / chest to bar pull-up / jumping pull-up
6 OH squat (52/34)/ (38/24) / goblet squats
9 Burpees over bar
Rest 3 min
*if cannot oh squat then front squat
*only do bar muscle ups if can, don’t try get first one.

Mobility
Include partner bar hangs opening up shoulders
