With a partner
Run 200M with slam ball (1 ball between 2)
Alternate 10 x 20M sled pushes (5 each)
Run 400M with slam ball
Alternate 20 power snatches (115/95) (85/65) – alternate singles
Run 600M with slam ball
Alternate 30 clean and jerks (155/115) (115/85) – alternate in doubles
Run 800M with slam ball
Alternate 40 Front squats – same weight as C and J but in sets of 5

Time cap – 25 minutes
