90 cal assault bike
80 push ups
70 toes to bar
60 cal row
50 box jumps
40 Deadlifts (155lb/105) (115/75) ( KB deadlift)
30 Pull-ups
20 hang power clean and jerk (same as deadlift)
10 Empty sled pushes

10 min shoulder mobility
