5 sets of 5 OH squat
*build in weight over the sets

Part B
In pairs for time:

75 front rack walking lunges (135/95) (115/65)
EMOM 5 team burpees over barbell (must jump over at same time)
50 shoulder to OH (115/75) (95/45)
EMOM 5 sync pullups
25 ball slams
EMOM 5 box jumps (both must stand up at top of box together before jumping back down)
