Part A
KB complex, complete the following complex every 4 mins for Β 4 rounds
5 Double KB swings
5 double KB push press
10M walk with KB in front rack
5 double KB front squat
5 double KB swings
*should be done without putting weights down
*red do single KB, with 3/3 alternating single arm press

Part B
In pairs, for time (black panther can attempt alone)
42-30-18
DB snatch
Wall ball
21-15-9
DB/ KB deadlift
Burpee box jump overs
15-12-9
Strict HSPU
Strict pull-ups
