5-1 HSPU adding deficit where possible
1-5 rope climbs (leg less/ feet on box)

Movement prep for pistol
Practice 3-4 scaling options

For time
80 air squats
70 push-ups
60 pistols
50 calorie assault bike
40 single arm OH squat with DB
30 HSPU
20 DB thrusters
10 muscle -ups/ chest to bar pull-ups

* blue and red do barbell thrusters OH squats with empty bars
* red do as partner WOD, 1 person working at a time
