OH walking lunge across room
10 burpees
30 thrusters at (38/24)
OH walking lunge back across room
20 Burpees
20 thrusters at (47/29)
OH walking lunge across room
30 burpees
10 thrusters at (56/34)
OH walking lunge across room
40 burpees
*one person working at time
*if drop OH walking lunge then return to start of walk
*red Panther do WOD with DB’s and do DB walking lunges
*20 min time cap
