Set 1-3: 3 deadlift at 75%+
Set 5-7: 2 deadlift at 85%+
Set 9-11: 1 deadlift at 90%+

Movement prep for power clean and HSPU – 8 mins

Part B
30 rounds, alternating rounds with a partner
5 wall balls
3 strict HSPU
1 power clean (84/62)
Time cap :25 min
* scale as needed but power clean limited to 85% power clean and red Panther do hang power clean for good for
* scale HSPU with deficit push up on weight plates for blue
